In the next step, we look forward to meeting you — either in person or via Teams. You’ll get insights into our projects and how we work, and you can decide whether ceon is the right place for you. If both sides feel it’s a good match, we move forward to the contract stage.

From this point on, you’re officially part of ceon. Your well-being matters to us — your satisfaction comes first. During onboarding, you’ll get to know the office, your team, and your workplace. A mentor will support you during your first weeks and help you settle in smoothly.
