


The focus was on setting up the new unit across legal, organisational, and operational dimensions — including site selection, branding, and defining the target operating model. In parallel, a digital working environment was created, built on modern tools, agile ways of working, and efficient core processes across HR, Finance, and Operations. By intentionally shaping a digital culture and securing access to specialised talent, the company created an independent space for innovation beyond established group structures.





The new unit operates independently from the group’s core business, enabling the rapid development of digital products outside traditional decision-making and IT structures. With dedicated locations in Berlin and Warsaw, a clear brand positioning, and modern ways of working, an attractive environment was created for more than 80 digital specialists.
Core HR and Finance processes were set up, essential tools implemented, and day-to-day operational readiness ensured. This created a robust foundation for innovation-driven work within an agile set-up at all levels.
