


ServiceNow’s Service Portfolio Management module was integrated through a clearly structured migration approach, building on an upfront process analysis and a consistent interface design. In a cross-functional set-up, we replaced SAP PS, engaged more than 400 users worldwide early on, and prepared them for the system transition through targeted training.





The ServicePortfolio Management module was successfully integrated into the existing PPM landscape, fully replacing SAP PS. The new solution significantly increased transparency in resource utilisation and strengthened operational control across project portfolio management.
All relevant processes were documented, translated into clear training formats, and rolled out to more than 400 users worldwide. This created a robust foundation for broad and effective day-to-day adoption of the new system landscape.
As a result, resource governance was improved, project transparency increased, and delivery reliability as well as IT project controlling were strengthened across the organisation.
